The DSE palletizer prepares layers of bags by sliding them onto the processing platform. The bags can be placed according to one of the freely programmable processing programs. In each layer, bags can be individually oriented, with the top or bottom of the bag facing the outside of the pallet.
The automatic layer guiding frame compresses the layer and keeps it in place while the processing platform opens to allow the layer to be deposited onto the pallet, which is lifted up beneath the platform. After each layer deposit, the top of the layer is aligned against the bottom of the closed processing platform by lifting up the pallet. The pressure force is adjustable and can be programmed for each individual layer. Each layer is perfectly aligned to a leveled surface, offering a stable foundation for stacking the next layer.

The Arodo DSE palletizing solution can be seamlessly integrated into the range of Arodo machinery as well as being part of a complete powder packaging line. For custom-made solutions, the Arodo DSE palletizers can be adapted to fit in customer-specific internal pallet transport systems.
The Arodo DSE palletizer can be modified on request for nonstandard pallet dimensions and loads.
